Wonderful

Loved the hotel, the staff etc, save for the restaurant. Super friendly.

The food was below average and the service was incredibly slow. I often had to approach staff for menus, to order and even to pay. It's a shame as it's the only negative about the hotel.

Very nice hotel, especially because of the staff and complimentary transfers.

The location, close to several restaurants. The staff is awesome, especially the beach personnel. Also the swimming pool is nice. The transfer from the airport went smoothly.

Breakfast. Not like a 4 star hotel (European standard). Stale bread and cereals. Perhaps the philippino/asian options are better, but not western options.

Staff were amazing. Location is perfect - short distance from everything you need and the beach is on your doorstep! Loved our stay here and we had the best NYE party with the guests and staff!

The entire Coast staff are amazing! From the moment we landed in Caticlan until our flight back to Manila, the service was exceptional! A comfortable and hassle free trip - just what we needed! The staff always had their smiles on their faces and ready to help anytime. We were treated like VIPs periodt!

There is a very boutique vibe about this resort. The whole stay felt so personalised because of the small and thoughtful details! The transfer from Caticlan Airport was quick and seamless. The staff are amazing, everyone is so friendly & helpful. I got sick and the staff had a doctor at my room in half an hour. The pillows are literally heaven and the food is to die for (try the poke bowl & club sandwich).

What was the highlight of Coast Boracay Hotel

Service from the time they picked us up at Caticlan airport until the time they brought us back was impeccable. Check in was smooth and the staff were all prompt and courteous. We felt safe with our belongings as there were staff dedicated to look after the beach beds and they were really quick to serve you popcorn, juice and ice cold water! The room was tastefully made: solid wooden door, very comfortable bed, ample lighting! My daughter enjoyed the pool which turned out to be a bit warm even while it was raining. Property was at the beachfront of station 2 and close to major establishments. We really had a pleasant stay and hope that your service standards will be maintained for a long long time. Kudos to the staff, they all did a great job!

Step from your Hotel reception directly onto the sandy beach! Outstanding location. Nothing better. Five Star service like we've never experienced. And the people are awesome, very friendly and nothiing was too much trouble. The resturant and roof top bar that they are currently constructing it will easily make this place a five star hotel.

The staff (especially Sharlyn) were very very helpful. They helped us locate our misplaced baggage that our airline carrier lost. They were constantly in touch with the airline as language was an issue for us. Although the airline wasn't able to sent the baggage to Boracay the hotel stayed in touch with them till we checked out to make sure our baggage reaches us at the next destination.
